A Customer Story: MiTek

MiTek, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a global supplier of software, engineered products, services, and automated manufacturing equipment for the residential and commercial construction industry. MiTek created Sapphire, a software that allows their customers to manage their business from sales to delivery, including the ability to build a home in the software before it’s actually built on site, providing the ability to resolve any problems before it’s physically constructed. Their challenge was delivering this software to customers cost-effectively and efficiently.
